I know what it feels like to do everything right and still feel completely let down by your body.

For me, the luteal phase was the time I felt least like myself. It was the part of my cycle that made me realise just how few products were thoughtfully created with women in mind. I wanted something that felt simple, purposeful and backed by carefully selected ingredients.

So I created what I couldn't find.

Calm+ was developed in collaboration with healthcare professionals and Australian manufacturers to create an Australian-made, TGA-listed supplement formulated for use during the luteal phase of the menstrual cycle. Combining carefully selected vitamins, minerals and traditional herbal ingredients, Calm+ supports a healthy menstrual cycle and includes traditional herbal ingredients traditionally used to help relieve menstrual cramps, abdominal bloating, restlessness and excess nervous energy.

Her Flow exists because I believe women deserve products that are thoughtfully developed, transparent and created with their menstrual cycle in mind.
