At Her Flow, we are committed to providing high-quality products and customer care. Due to the nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for opened or used products unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at chelsea@herflow.com.au within 7 days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing a tracking link. Every order is fully tracked from the moment it leaves us until it arrives at your door.

All orders are dispatched from our Gold Coast warehouse. Delivery times can vary, though most customers receive their orders within 2–4 business days on Standard Shipping.

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed, followed by a separate tracking email once it's on its way.
